2023.01 Our paper “RNAdegformer: accurate prediction of mRNA degradation at nucleotide resolution with deep learning” is now available on Briefings in Bioinformatics. Congratulations to Shujun, Baizhen, and Rushant!

2022.12 Dr. Sun’s postdoc work “Enhancing nutritional niche and host defenses by modifying the gut microbiome” is now online at Molecular Systems Biology. It was five years’ collaborative efforts pushing it though. Enjoy it!
